The Indian Thermal Spray Association [iTSA] is a vibrant, growing technical community made up of the India's foremost experts on thermal spray technology and applications. iTSA is where all Indian thermal spray professionals come for the latest, best information on developments within the industry. Join iTSA to be part of Indian thermal spray community that actively advances the industry by disseminating information to all. 

Fellow of the Indian Thermal Spray Association:

Honorary Fellow of the Indian Thermal Spray Association (F-ITSA) will be awarded to only a senior distinguished person who has given his outstanding contribution in the field of Thermal Spray Technology. F-ITSA will be selected by the Award Committee of the ITSA. F-ITSA can be from any nationality. There are only TWO positions every year; One is from India and 2nd one from abroad (Globally).

Existing Fellows of the iTSA can also nominate individuals with outstanding contribution in the field of Thermal Spray Technology from India as well as from abroad each year. Applications will be sought every year by self nomination through email and by online. 

Life Member: One time Membership Fees only, no Annual Subscription. Interested one can join as life member with paying Life Membership Fee : INR 10,000/-+ 18% GST. Validity 80 Years.

Regular Member (Annual): This membership will be awarded to individual, interested and will be renewed annually. Annual membership Fee for Indian member INR 2000/yr+18%GST and Fee for members from abroad USD 50+18%GST. Validity-One Year.

Student Member: This membership will be awarded to students and will be renewed annually. Student membership Fee: INR 500/yr+18%GST. Validity-One Year.    

Organizational / Corporate Member: Any organization actively involved in any Thermal Spray Engineering and Technology related development, Material, Product, Components, Devices can become an Organizational/Corporate Member. Annual Corporate Membership Fee for Indian members: INR 10,000/yr+18%GST, and Fee for members from abroad USD 150+18%GST. Validity-One Year.

Join as a consultant: If you have a rich experience (minimum 15 years) in the field of thermal spray technology and able to solve customer problems with choosing the right TS process, parameters, coating material and economics, assist them in new projects; then we invite you to get registered and listed with iTSA. Fee for Indian members: INR 10,000+18%GST for 3yrs, and Fee for members from abroad USD 150+18%GST for 3Yrs. iTSA reserves the right to accept/reject the application

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Amendments

iTSA may amend these Membership Terms from time to time, without specific notice to each individual member, by uploading them to the iTSA website. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions apply to each current Member. Continued Membership after an amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes evidence of agreement to abide by such amendments. Should a Member reject an amendment, the Member may terminate their Membership by giving iTSA written notice of termination.

Member Eligibility

iTSA Membership is open to individuals who by education or experience give evidence of competence or interest in a surface engineering field. These fields include but are not limited to Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Research and Development, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Materials Characterization and Testing, Physical Sciences, Biological and Medical Sciences, Mathematics, Education, Management, Law and Policy.

Membership in iTSA is a privilege that can be suspended and/or removed in the sole discretion of iTSA. Once Membership is granted, it is personal to the individual and is non-transferrable to another individual or corporation.

Member Obligations and Code of Conduct

Members represent iTSA on a professional level and as such, certain principles must be adhered to in order to safeguard the interests of iTSA members, volunteers, clients, colleagues, and the materials science and surface engineering community. Each Member must act honestly, fairly, and equitably in all matters connected with the Society. Without limiting this obligation, each Member:

 

Term and Termination

Once you are a Member of iTSA, you are entitled to remain a member until you or iTSA terminates your Membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Should a member fail to abide by these Terms and Conditions, iTSA may, at its sole discretion, decide on the appropriate action to take including, but not limited to: issue a warning, launch an investigation, suspend and/or terminate a Membership. If any such action occurs, iTSA will notify the Member in writing and/or will post it to the Member’s account.

A Member may terminate Membership, before the Membership’s natural expiration date, of iTSA at any time by advising iTSA in writing or via phone. In the case of a Member-termination, iTSA will not issue a refund for any membership fees already paid. No notice is required if upon natural expiration, Member chooses not to renew Membership.

Online outages where web-based services and resources are not available may happen for any reason and do not constitute a termination of Membership under this clause.

Videos and Photos for iTSA Use

Attendance at an iTSA event and/or course implies the Member’s consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by iTSA for use on the iTSA website, in marketing, and/or in news publications. Please note that no technical presentations or instructors will be recorded without the prior consent of iTSA and/or the presenter.

Copyright Use and Permissions

All information on the ITSA website is subject to copyright. Information relating to copyrighted use of ITSA published material, logo can not be used without permission of iTSA. 

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, iTSA has no liability to Member whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise for conduct of a Member, nor for the conduct of an organization interacting with iTSA.
